On the Sunday night before Christmas, gather at Loie Fuller on Westminster Street with your singing brethren in all of your holiday finery, get a lyric sheet and embark on a mostly-family friendly adventure. We’ve seen a man wearing a whiskey-filled keg barrel around his neck (definitely not us) and a woman wearing Christmas lights in her hair (definitely us) while caroling. Head to the Aldrich House on December 6 for the Rhode Island Historical Society’s annual Holiday Open House. The event features musical performers VoX (Voices of Christmas) and the Ocean State Songbirds.
