Held this year on Ukraine's Independence Day, the 3rd annual Sunflower Family Festival celebrates the end of summer in southern Rhode Island, and honors the hopes, culture, and traditions of Ukraine. Come enjoy live music, food, sunflower crafts, kids' activities, contests, prizes, and more. Live music will be provided by Ukrainian-American songwriter Olya Fryz, and Jamestown's own Matt and Judy Bolles, and their group, Round Robin.
Sponsored by the Jamestown Ukraine Relief Project, the event is made possible in part by a generous community grant from the Rhode Island Foundation. Admission is free. Proceeds from a raffle and donations will support war-displaced children in Ukraine.
