Urioste is recognized worldwide for her exceptional solo, chamber, and orchestral performances. The concert will also feature guest conductor Earl Lee, who will lead the orchestra in Sibelius’ powerful Second Symphony, as well Jessie Montgomery’s Overture, which opens the evening. Additionally, as is customary for RIPhil, tickets for the open rehearsal on Friday, November 21, are available for purchase. The Philharmonic’s season continues on December 14, when the Providence Singers will join the Orchestra for the annual performance of Handel’s Messiah.
