When Rose discovered the relief natural methods could offer in her own life, she knew she wanted to help others seeking a more holistic path. “Dedicating my life to health and wellness has been a mission of mine after developing a severe skin condition, digestive and thyroid issues all stemming from stress,” Rose made the career change from banking to esthetician, which she’s now done for 24 years.
“My goal since opening the spa nine years ago has been to combine non-invasive technologies and holistic services with clean products that offer healthy, glowing skin and a space to heal and relax,” she says. Over the years she has furthered her education as an Herbalist, Aromatherapist, Certified Health and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Instructor and Ashtanga Yoga Practitioner. “The more I learn, the more I am able to help others.”

“Taking control with diet, exercise, and stress-relief self-care practices is essential to our health and wellbeing,” says Rose, whose mission, along with the spa’s highly qualified staff, is to give people the tools to do just that. “Our new Garden Oasis by the forest edge is a private retreat offering another level of wellness and self care. Reconnecting with nature and the earth allows you to consciously connect with your surroundings and disconnect from the modern world and digital devices.” An outdoor infrared sauna, shower, hot and cold baths, shaded seating area, labyrinth, and forest bathing area can be booked for individuals or a party, and can even be used in the winter, minus the water.
The spa offers organic facials, advanced skincare, massage, body treatments, and organic nail care services. Health coach classes, retreats, events, and workshops are held in their Wellness Cottage and can also be booked for private parties.
