I search for a sense of balance and harmony that brings order to natural elements. I am interested in expressing an inner energy that leans toward symbolism and abstraction.”

Currently the Art Department chairperson at Bay View Academy in Riverside, RI, and a practicing artist, she received her Masters of Art in Teaching at Rhode Island School of Design and her Bachelor of Arts from Rhode Island College. Her work has been exhibited in several different venues throughout New England and is in corporate and private collections, as well as represented at several galleries throughout New England.

Jacob is a photographer living in Barrington, RI, whose goal is to seek out unique perspectives in architecture and city life. He says, “I find a lot of inspiration living in the Providence area and visiting New York City. Born in Canada and growing up in Paris in my twenties, I fell in love with New England during my first visit to the Boston area and relocated to Rhode Island over 20 years ago.

He says, “I am inspired by simple scenes or objects that have an unexpected depth to them. The time spent exploring to find inspiration is what I enjoy most about photography. My work has focused on playing with light and shadows, especially in urban environments. I enjoy finding places that could be ordinary to a passerby and explore the wonderland found in the details.”

Maharjan is a graphic designer and a multimedia artist based in Massachusetts. Born in 1997 in Kathmandu, Nepal, she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from CUNY, Brooklyn College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design at Bridgewater State University.
