Founded around celebrating couples for who they are – flaws and all – Imperfectly Perfect Weddings & Events in Dartmouth, MA brings a personal touch to planning weddings that are nothing short of flawless. From creating themes and color palettes to working one-on-one with vendors and couples, owner Nadia Sorvillo pours her energy and talents into every facet of the business.

“Friends and family have always wondered why I didn’t start event planning on my own years ago,” she shares. “Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved planning, creating, and organizing parties. With over 20 years of experience in the marketing and corporate industries – along with planning my friends’ weddings – it took a pandemic for me to find the guts to say I’m going to do this and start my own business.”

Sorvillo, who grew up in Italy and has lived in Massachusetts for the past 24 years, has a unique approach to event planning marked by her European flair and genuine investment in the day. “In fact, I don’t consider myself a regular ‘wedding planner,’ but rather your ‘Master of Ceremonies,'” she says. “I’m the person you can trust and count on for every detail of your wedding or any other special occasion.”

Whether it’s a small gathering of 25 guests or a large 500-person affair, “Each wedding and event is very personal to me,” Sorvillo says. Beginning with a free consultation to get to know the couple and their vision, she then gets to work devising a plan, constructing a timeline, and bringing that vision to life. Imperfectly Perfect ensures a collaborative and open process. “I work directly with each client, incorporating their personal style, creating that unique and unforgettable experience. Presence and honesty are important to me.”

For engaged couples or anyone with a special event on the horizon that you want to be memorable for years to come, Sorvillo is ready to make it happen. “My goal will always be to create that extraordinarily, stylish, and authentic event that will be cherished and never forgotten.”
