Specialists from Concord Health Services will lead a session on fall prevention at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28. Held at Wingate Residences at Blackstone Boulevard, the presentation will cover risk factors for falling and discuss activities and lifestyle changes that can help prevent falls.
