The 27th annual Bryant Women's Summit, themed "Passion, Purpose, Power, Possibility," empowers women to achieve their goals, nurture their passions, and embrace their inner strength. Scheduled for March 14, the summit will welcome students from Central and Hope High Schools, along with the Rhode Island Girl Scouts, to address important issues.

As executive director of the Women's Summit and Bryant's vice president of student affairs, dean of students, and chief diversity officer, Inge-Lise Ameer, Ed.D., describes the gathering as one of Bryant's most exciting events, sharing that, “lively, engaged, and changemaking conversations happen in every corner of our campus.”

Founded by Kati Machtley in 1997, the summit has become the leading all-day event in the region for women's financial empowerment, offering unparalleled opportunities for professional development and networking.

Featuring 16 educational workshops and various networking opportunities, the summit promotes learning, connection, and support. To empower future female leaders and equip young participants with essential workplace skills, the summit includes specialized sessions led by Dana Burelli Murray, CEO of the Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England, and Mara Derderian, a finance lecturer at Bryant University.

The event will also feature keynote speeches from Lisa Leslie, a four-time Olympic Gold Medal winner and WNBA legend; Susan Packard, co-founder of Scripps Networks Interactive and former COO of HGTV; and Meridith Webster, executive vice president of Global Communications and Public Affairs at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
