Chef Chris Palios honed his culinary chops at Johnson & Wales, but his cooking education began much earlier, with his Sicilian grandmother giving him lessons in the kitchen as early as age seven. He’s also worked with Emeril Lagasse and Todd English. Chef Chris offers seasonal cooking classes, based on his experiences cooking and eating in northern Italy. The lessons include a three-to-five course cooking demonstration of regional Italian cuisine, a chef’s tasting with wine pairings of all the dishes, a recipe booklet to recreate these dishes at home, and a new perspective on Italian cuisine.
