For 2020, the Arnold Mills 4 Mile Race will be virtual.

Here’s how it will work:

Register online by July 2nd

Run 4 miles between Sunday June 28 and Saturday July 4th.

Submit your time by 6pm on Saturday, July 4th.

$10 entry fee includes a t-shirt. There will also be prizes for the top finisher in each age category.

The registration deadline is Thursday, July 2 at midnight. There will be no on-site registration the day of the race. All registration must be done online.

T-shirt pickup will be at the Old School house next to the North Cumberland Fire Station on Friday, July 3, from 3 to 6 p.m. and again on Saturday, July 4, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. After that send email to Tom Kenwood to make other arrangements (Kenwood2@cox.net).

After you run, use this form to submit your time. You will need your Race ID you received when you registered. Your Race ID should also be in the email you received after registering
