Cobblestone Street at Cook and Brown House

Cobblestone Street

Yields: 1 serving
1.5oz peach and lavender cordial (recipe below)
2oz lemon juice

Muddled mint and blueberries
Soda water

Cordial: Combine equal parts fresh peach juice and granulated sugar, and simmer over low heat until incorporated. Remove from the heat, add lavender to taste and let cool. Will last two weeks.

In a mixing glass, combine ingredients. Shake, then strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with lavender, mint and blueberries.
