NFL legend Adam Vinatieri returns to Rhode Island this summer to host the Third Annual Clays 4 Charity Shoot at The Preserve Sporting Club & Residences in Richmond. Scheduled for Saturday, June 28, the day-long event invites participants to test their aim, connect with fellow supporters, and raise funds for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which supports injured veterans, first responders, and their families.
Set against the backdrop of The Preserve’s sprawling 3,500-acre wilderness, the event attracts outdoor enthusiasts, athletes, and philanthropists alike. The day begins with morning check-in and breakfast at Double Barrel Kitchen, followed by a safety briefing and two waves of competitive clay shooting on the club’s nationally recognized sporting clays course. Professional trappers and coaches stationed at each shooting area ensure a smooth and inclusive experience for participants of all skill levels.
The excitement continues off the range with fly fishing, indoor rifle and archery lanes, ATV rides, axe throwing, and equestrian demonstrations available throughout the day.
Alongside the competition, the event includes lawn games, vendor tents, and a welcoming community atmosphere. All activities take place in an immersive outdoor setting that highlights the spirit of connection and giving back.
As the day draws to a close, guests come together for a gourmet dinner, live music by Adam and the Metal Hawks, and both silent and live auctions. A high-energy fireworks display caps off the evening, lighting up the summer sky.
Registration starts at $599 for individual shooters and $2,599 for fivesomes. Premium sponsorship packages are available for those looking to deepen their support. With limited spots available, early registration is highly recommended.
