Karl Detken of Joyful Noise Music Therapy to perform at Wingate Residences on Blackstone Boulevard

Wingate Residences on Blackstone Boulevard will welcome Kart Detken, aka Kalifornia Karl, of Joyful Noise Music Therapy for a musical performance on Thursday, Sept. 14 at 2 p.m. Detken founded Joyful Noise Music Therapy in 1975 to spread the healing power of music to those who need it most. Detken has been performing live since age 13 and to date has performed for nearly 1 million people. This event is free and open to the public, but space is limited.
