In this after-dark annual event, visitors explore the history and beauty of lighting in South County. The theme of this year’s illumination event is inspired by the 80th anniversary of the Hurricane of 1938 and South County Museum’s 85th anniversary. Kids will enjoy the games and shipwreck stories, and adults can learn more about transportation and light in the early 1930s. The event runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is $10 per adult and $5 for members. Kids under 12 are free.
