Gracie's Opens Its Kitchen to Visiting Chefs on October 3

Star Chef series welcomes three New Hampshire cooks to downtown Providence

From time to time, Gracie’s invites chefs from across the country to pair up with their team. Dubbed the Star Chef Series, Gracie’s is welcoming three chefs from New Hampshire this month to share their kitchen. The roster includes the return of Chef Evan Mallet from The Black Trumpet Bistro, Chef (and farmer) Patrick Soucy of Digging For Roots and Chef Matt Louis, the executive chef and owner of both Moxy and The Franklin Oyster House. Apparently three heads are better than one. October 3. $160.
