5lbs Ground beef (browned and drained of fat)
1 medium can of diced tomatoes
1 large vidalia onion diced
2 T minced garlic
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 T paprika
1 T cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 shot of bourbon (another shot for the cook)
¾ bottle Angry Orchard (drink the rest)
¾ bottle of any dark beer (drink the rest)
¾ can of Coca-Cola
2 T Worcestershire sauce
Simmer for 30 Minutes
Add 1 small can of diced peaches drained (fresh peaches when in season)
Cook until peaches soften
Add 1 medium can of kidney beans
Salt & Pepper to taste
Add more Cayenne Pepper if desired
3 T Red Hot
Add sugar if needed
When in doubt add more beer!
