A barbershop quartet will perform at Hats Off to Our Troops at Wingate Residences on Blackstone Boulevard on Monday, July 22 at noon. This event is an Independence Day celebration and reflection that will include delicious summer food and a fun musical performance. This event is free and open to the public, but space is limited.
