2013: The Year that Everyone Ran For Office

If 2014 is going to be a big election year, 2013 was the year that everybody seemed to be weighing their odds. A veritable musical chairs of elected officials seeking higher office and contenders look to take their places all either threw their hats into the ring, or very publicly flirted with the idea of doing so. The coming year will bring plenty of debate about issues, ideas and policies. However, we wanted to size up the big name candidates (and potential candidates) according to the criteria that most Rhode Islanders will really use to make their decisions.
